Steve Laliberte is an experienced software publisher, computer systems analyst, trainer, and author. He is the founder and CEO of Internet Production, Inc. and is the publisher of the Internet Publishing System and Grantminer.com.

Steve is designing and deploying computer systems to provide content management, email list management, email deployment, digital rights management, fulfillment, advertising management, SEO, site license management, and conference registration. He has implemented over 4,000 websites, most recently: Ioma, Kitplanes, REM Newsletters, Bull Dog Reporter, IMF Pubs, LJN Online, GCN, Washington Technology, Rollcall, and FDA News.

Steve has been the publisher of Byte Magazine's Byte Information Exchange (BIX) and the McGraw-Hill Information Exchange for educators. He was a partner in Newsbytes News Network and designed and developed the McGraw-Hill Interactive Authoring System.
